Fairy Ribbon Studio - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Domestic Only (USA)

Currently, Fairy Ribbon Studio only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for "change of mind," or for requests to receive a different style or size once an order has been placed.

Sizing Policy

As all our nails are handmade to order, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Please refer to our Size Guide carefully to measure your natural nails before purchase. Fairy Ribbon Studio is not responsible for incorrect sizing ordered by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: 📧 hello@fairyribbonstudio.com

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility (If Approved)

To qualify for a return (only applicable for faulty items), your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item remains in the exact condition in which it was received.

  • All components, including tool kits (glue, buffers, etc.), remain unused and intact.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Unless otherwise instructed by our team, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
